Michael Waldron has been roped in to write Marvel Studio's upcoming Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

He is also serving as the writer of Avengers: Secret Wars which will follow Avengerts; The Kang Dynasty. It is to be noted that Michael has earlier worked as the show runner of Loki season one and writer in Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness.

Avengers: Kang Dynasty is scheduled for a theatrical release on May 1, 2026. A director is yet to be attached to the project. The upcoming film will come before Avengers: Secret Wars on May 7, 2027, thus wrapping up MCU's Phase 6.
