Actor Cameron Cowperthwaite is set to star alongside debutant Madeline Sinclair in the upcoming film Roses on the Vine. The film will be helmed by Jon Shaivitz in directorial debut.

Besides directing, he will also write the screenplay and produce the film. The shooting for the film has been wrapped up in Los Angeles and is currently finding distributors.

Roses on the Vine will follow the life of a food delivery executive who is also a single father to his 7-year-old daughter. The film will also feature Tonatiuh, Sal Lopez as the father's best friend-neighbour and landlord respectively.

A release date for the film is yet to be announced.
