With the SAG-AFTRA strike coming to an end, Disney has shifted the release date of its upcoming film Blade. Initially set to arrive on February 14, 2025, the film will now hit the theatres on November 7, 2025.

Directed by Yann Demande with script penned by Michael Starrbury and Nic Pizzolatto, Blade stars Mahershala Ali in the lead role. Mia Goth and Delroy Lindo are also part of the cast.

It is backed by Marvel Studios’ head Kevin Feige and is based on the original Marvel Comics characters. Blade revolves around the iconic vampire slayer who is half-mortal, half-immortal, and trying to free the world from vampires as a way of avenging his mother, who was killed by a vampire as she gave birth to him.
