Robert Englund, who played the slasher in Freddy Kreuger's Nightmare on Elm Street, is all set to return to the horror genre with the upcoming film Natty Knocks. The film comes from Dwight H Little, known for helming Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers. The makers recently announced that the film will hit theatres on July 21.

Vertical is producing Natty Knocks. As per a report on Collider, the Vertical SVP of Acquisitions, Tony Piantedosi stated, "Natty Knocks immediately intrigued us given its collaboration of prolific horror icons who defined the genre for decades. The film is a testament to Dwight’s experience as a filmmaker, and we’re pleased that we were able to come on board for the project.”

Set on Halloween day, Natty Knocks follows, “A small-town babysitter and the kids she is looking after struggling to survive a serial killer named Abner Honeywell.” The film also stars Danielle Harris and Bill Moseley, both of whom are not new to the genre.
