We earlier reported that Jeremy Renner suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries in a weather-related accident near Reno, Nevada, on New Year's Day. And he recently jogged for the first time since the accident.

Alongside a video of himself lightly jogging on the treadmill, the 52-year-old wrote on Instagram, "First attempt at a light jog with weight assisted lift for the broken tibia. Pain is progress for me!" He explained that his leg is "still broken" and that a light jog is a brand new movement to him but remained thankful for his medical aid. Last month, Renner recently walked his first red carpet since his snowplough accident in January.
