A new Star Trek spin-off titled Star Trek: Starfleet Academy is in works at Paramount+.
As per a Collider report, the new series will focus on a bunch of young cadets who come of age in "one of the most legendary places in the galaxy". Alex Kurtzman will serve as the executive producer and show runner alongside Noga Landau.

The casting of the upcoming series is yet to be announced which will go on floors in 2024.
