Willis has retired from acting owing to his health status

We know that actor Bruce Willis retired from acting after being diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Ever since the actor left the limelight, the family has provided bits and pieces of information about the actor's retirement life. On Sunday, Bruce's former wife, Demi Moore, shared a video of the family celebrating his birthday. 

While sharing a video on Instagram, Demi Moore wrote," Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate with you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes — we all feel them.

Frontotemporal dementia, which is often diagnosed at a younger age than other forms of dementia, is characterised by personality changes, speech difficulty and motor impairment. It's the cause of 10 per cent to 20 per cent of all dementia diagnoses.
