24 years after the release of Blast From the Past, actor Alicia Silverstone revealed that she is ready for a sequel with her Oscar-winning co-star Brendan Fraser.

The actor won an Oscar Award under the Best Actor category for his performance in The Whale at the 95th Academy Awards.

According to Variety, recently, when a fan asked if she would revisit the film, she said, "With Brendan? I would do anything with Brendan. It was so much fun. I just saw Brendan after he won his Oscar and he’s so cute. He talked in his speech about how we all go through this really hard time and you have to grow and it’s part of life that you struggle and then look what happened to him! So yes, I’m happy to do that.”

Blast From the Past is a romantic comedy film released in 1999. The film revolves around Fraser's character who spends his entire life in a fallout shelter. When he gets into the modern world, Eve, played by Silverstone, opens his eyes to new life.
