Apple TV+ released the trailer of its upcoming series Eva the Owlet, which is based on the New York bestselling Scholastic book titled Owl Diaries, authored by Rebecca Elliott. The series will premiere on March 31.
“Eva the Owlet stars Eva, a creative, cheeky owlet who lives next door to her best friend Lucy in the woodland world of Treetopington. With big ideas and an even bigger personality, Eva goes on high-flying adventures, expressing herself in her diary along the way!" reads the logline of the series.
It is to be noted that the book has been translated in eight languages and holds a credit of 11 million copies of print editions. The series will have original songs rendered by musician and singer-songwriter Fitz of Fitz and the Tantrums.
The voice cast includes Vivienne Rutherford in the titular character, Jessica DiCicco, Dino Andrade, Romy Fay, Sascha Yurchak, Jon Olson, among others.
