The trailer of Judy Blume Forever, the upcoming documentary of the American writer, was released on the occasion of Women's Day. Judy Blume is known for writing children's, young adult and adult fiction. The documentary is set to premiere on Prime Video on April 21.

The trailer features Judy speaking about her experience writing books that changed the way adolescent readers understood themselves, their sexuality, and what it meant to grow up, but also led to critical battles against book banning and censorship. The documentary will also feature the voices of celebrities expressing their adoration for the writer and how she has impacted their lives. Many of her readers have corresponded with the author through handwritten letters. The documentary is directed by Emmy Award-winning filmmakers Davina Pardo and Leah Wolchok.
