Rashmika Mandanna showers love on Maitreyi Ramakrishnan's Saami Saami performance 

Maitreyi performed for the song in Never Have I Ever show finale

With the fourth and final season of Netflix series Never Have I Ever out, it is no surprise that the show's finale features an Indian wedding and a performance featuring the song Saami Saami from Pushpa-The Rise. Actors Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Richa Moorjani, who portray Indian-origin Americans in the show, dance to the song, which was originally performed by Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna. Appreciating their performance, actor Rashmika Mandanna who was featured in the original song in the film, took to Twitter to show some love.

Sharing the clip, Rashmika tagged Maitreyi and wrote, “Stunner! you did sooooo gooooooddddd. sending you full love.” To this, Maitreyi replied, “I will NEVER have imposter syndrome about dancing again. Thank you so much.”

Never Have I Ever is a coming of age drama which features Maitreyi as Devi Vishwakumar, a high school student who is navigating her love life, higher education ahead, as she balances her equations between friends and family. The show is created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher. The final season premiered on Friday and also stars Poorna Jagannathan, Richa Moorjani, Darren Barnet, Jaren Lewison, John McEnroe, Ramona Young, Lee Rodriguez, and others.
