Final trailer of Insidious: The Red Door is here

The final trailer of Insidious: The Red Door, was released by the makers on Tuesday.

"To put their demons to rest once and for all, Josh and a college-aged Dalton must go deeper into The Further than ever before, facing their family’s dark past and a host of new and more horrifying terrors that lurk behind the red door," reads the official synopsis of the film.

The upcoming film will feature the original cast including Patrick Wilson, Ty Simpkins, Rose Byrne, and Andrew Astor, along with Sinclair Daniel and Hiam Abbass. The film is directed by Patrick in his directorial debut.

Produced by Jason Blum, Oren Peli, James Wan and Leigh Whannell, the screenplay is written by Scott Teems from a story by Leigh Whannell.

The fifth installment of the Insidious horror franchise, will be the final chapter and is slated to hit the theatres on July 7. However, Thread: An Insidious Tale from the franchise is in the making but will not be a direct continuation to the main set of films.
