Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom will have VFX in every shot

The upcoming Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom starring Jason Momoa in the lead titular role will have very shot involving VFX effects.

Reports suggest that the film is billed to be heavier on the production costs and kicked off as a project with $205 million as budget. The film was shot during the pandemic, further raising the budget along with the film’s special effects.

It is to be noted that the first film was also no less in the VFX shots which were used to show the Atlantians, sea creatures and underwater battles. The film is directed by James Wan and will be the final film in DC Extended Universe (DCEU)

Earlier speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, James had said that the film will deal with an important topic, which is mostly expected to be on climate change, along with the film being rich on fantasy and action.

The film is set to hit the theatres on December 20 and will also star Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Temuera Morrison and Nicole Kidman.
