We have previously reported that Dwayne Johnson, JK Simmons, and Chris Evans are teaming up for an upcoming action-adventure, titled Red One. The film, which was earlier supposed to have a Prime Video release, is now set to release in theatres on November 15, 2024.

An action adventure, the film is written by Chris Morgan based on a story by Hiram Garcia. The details of the plot are kept under wraps. It is helmed by Jake Kasdan, who has earlier worked with Dwayne in Jumanji film franchise. Red One also stars Kiernan Shipka, Lucy Liu, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Nick Kroll and Kristofer Hivju.

Johnson, Hiram Garcia, Dany Garcia, Kasdan, Melvin Mar, and Morgan are producers for the film. Post its release, the film will be available for streaming on Prime Video.
