The makers of the Star Wars spinoff series Ahsoka have released a new promo video for the series. The promo video shows Ray Stevenson's former Jedi-turned-mercenary Baylan Skoll talking to Ahsoka about Anakin Skywalker. The promo titled Force also features Hayden Christensen's portrayal of the character from the prequel films.

With Rosario Dawson playing the titular role, the series is developed by Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni. The character of Ahsoka Tano was originally created for the animated show Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The series reportedly follows Ahsoka investigating the rise of a new threat following the fall of the empire.

The cast of the series also includes David Tennant, Diana Lee Inosanto, Ivanna Sakhno, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and Natasha Liu Bordizzo. The first two episodes of the series are set to premiere on August 23.
