We know that the fifth season of Netflix's much-acclaimed sci-fi horror series Stranger Things is developing. As the plot and further details about the series are yet to be revealed, to the viewers' surprise, the creators of the show, The Duffer Brothers, revealed that the upcoming season will be centred around Noah Schnapp's character Will Byers.

In an interaction with Variety, the show's creators, The Duffer Brothers, revealed,  "Will really takes centre stage again in 5". While mentioning they provided the first three scripts of the upcoming season to Noah very early before the filming, The Duffers added, "This emotional arc for him (Will Byers) is what we feel will hopefully tie the whole series together. Will is used to being the young one, the introverted one, the one that's being protected. So part of his journey, it's not just sexuality — it's Will coming into his own as a young man."

The series, which is currently four seasons old, is yet to announce the premiere date of the fifth installment. Created by Matt and Ross Duffer, Stranger Things is produced by Monkey Massacre Productions & 21 Laps Entertainment. The Duffer brothers serve as writers, directors, executive producers and showrunners alongside executive producer/director Shawn Levy and executive producer Dan Cohen of 21 Laps and executive producer Iain Paterson.
