The trailer of A Haunting in Venice which will feature the iconic character detective Hercule Poirot, was released by the makers.

Based on Agatha Christie's novel Hallowe'en Party, the film will revolve around the sleuth who is trusted with the case of solving a murder. The film is directed by Kenneth Branagh, who has previously adapated Agatha’s Death on the Nile, and Murder on the Orient Express into films.

The upcoming film will feature an ensemble star cast including Tina Fey, Michelle Yeoh, Jamie Dornan, Kyle Allen, Camille Cottin, Jude Hill, Ali Khan, Emma Laird, Kelly Reilly, and Riccardo Scamarico.

Michael Green will be serving as the writer, with Louise Killin and James Prichard, with Judy Hofflund, Ridley Scott, Simon Kinberg, and Mark Gordon as executive producers.

A Haunting in Venice will release on September 15.
