Warner Bros. Discovery introduced a new streaming service named Max. The new streaming service will unite the offerings from HBO Max and Discovery+ under one roof. Introduced with a tagline, "It's the one to watch," Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav unveiled the new service's name and logo on Wednesday. 

According to reports, the new service will debut in the US on May 23 with three packages, named  Max Ad-Lite, Max Ad-Free and Max Ultimate Ad Free, at different prices. Besides the HBO offering, the streamer's content library will span across Warner Bros. Discovery's much-celebrated portfolios, including  HGTV, Food Network, Cartoon Network, TLC and others. The company assures more than 40 new titles and TV show seasons every month. 

During the event, many new titles have also been announced, including a Game of Thrones prequel series and a  Harry Potter reboot, among others.
