Adrien Brody, Felicity Jones, Guy Pearce, and Joe Alwyn are all set to headline Brady Corbet's The Brutalist. The film marks Corbet's first feature after Vox Lux (2018). The all-star ensemble cast is rounded off by Raffey Cassidy, Isaach De Bankolé, Alessandro Nivola, Stacy Martin, Jonathan Hyde and Peter Polycarpou.

Based on Hungarian architect László Toth, played by Brody, The Brutalist will travel across thirty years of his life, after he flees postwar Europe to build a new life in America with his wife Erzsébet (Jones). A wealthy and enigmatic client (Pearce) in America changes their lives forever.

The film, which has been in the works for a while now, was greatly delayed due to the Covid 19 pandemic. With Corbet and his partner Mona Fastvold penning the script of The Brutalist, the production of the film has already begun in Hungary.  Daniel Blumberg will compose the score for the film.
