Mae Martin to star in Netflix's Tall Pines

Netflix has ordered eight episodes of the series

Mae Martin, who previously starred in Netflix's Feel Good comedy series will be starring in an upcoming limited series by the streamer titled, Tall Pines. The Canadian breakout star will also show run the mystery thriller along with Ryan Scott. 

Set in a rustic yet ominous town, Tall Pines which is also created and executive produced by Martin, revolves around the sneaky underbelly of the troubled teen industry, and the ever-existing conflict between one generation and the next.

Netflix has ordered eight episodes of Tall Pines, which will be produced by Sphere Media and Objective Fiction. Ben Farrell, Hannah Mackay, Jennifer Kawaja and Bruno Dubé will be executive producing Tall Pines, along with Mae Martin. 

Martin's Feel Good was a semi-autobiographical comedy. Following a good response, the series was renewed for a finale second season.
