 Giancarlo Esposito joins the voice cast of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners

Giancarlo Esposito, known for playing Gus Fring in Breaking Bad, has reportedly joined the voice-cast of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. The actor will reportedly join the English voice cast of the anime series. 

The anime series is a spinoff of the celebrated video game Cyberpunk 2077.  The series revolves around a street kid who is trying to survive in a futuristic city that is obsessed with technology and body modifications.

Esposito will be joined by fellow cast members Zack Aguilar, David Martinez, Emi Lo, William-Christopher Stephens, Marie Westbrook, Stephanie Wong, and Ian James Corlett.

 The series is developed by Studio Trigger along with CD Projekt Red and Netflix. The video game series that originally inspired the series was developed by CD Projekt Red. The ten-episode series is reportedly scheduled to premiere on 13 September.
