Trailer releases for Ryan Reynolds-Will Ferrell musical-comedy Spirited

The first official trailer for the upcoming musical-comedy film Spirited has been released online. The film stars Ryan Reynolds, Will Ferrell, and Octavia Spencer in lead roles. The Christmas-themed musical is produced by Apple TV+ and is scheduled to release on 18 November. It was earlier reported that the film will have a limited theatrical release on 11 November but will stream on Apple TV+ from 18th November.

Spirited is directed by the filmmaking duo John Morris and Sean Anders, who have also written the screenplay for the film. The film also stars Patrick Page, Sunita Mani, Loren Woods, Joe Tippett, Marlow Barkley, and Jen Tullock in supporting roles.

The music for the film is composed by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. The composing duo have previously written the lyrics for the La La Land song City of Stars, for which they had won an Academy Award for Best Original Song.
