A crime thriller titled The Last Stop in Yuma County has been announced.

The film, which will mark the feature directorial debut of short filmmaker Francis Galluppi, will feature Jim Cumming of Thunder Road-fame, Doctor Sleep's Joceline Donahue, Richard Brake, Faizon Love and Michael Abbott Jr in the main roles.

According to Variety, The Last Stop in Yuma County will tell the story of a knife salesman (played by Cummings), who finds himself in an unpleasant, violent hostage situation when he crosses paths with two bank robbers just after their heist.

The supporting cast of the film includes Nicholas Logan, Alex Essoe, Sierra McCormick, Jon Proudstar, Connor Paolo, and Robin Bartlett. The film will be produced by Local Boogeyman Productions. 

Jim Cummings is best known for directing and acting in independent films like Thunder Road, The Wolf of Snow Hollow and The Beta Test.
