First look of Adam Driver from Noah Baumbach's White Noise out

The film is an adaptation of Don DeLillo's 1985 novel of the same name

Director Noah Baumbach, whose last film, Marriage Story received six nominations at the 92nd Academy Awards, will be teaming up once again with that film's lead actor Adam Driver for another book adaptation titled White Noise. 

The film's first look was released earlier today and it features Adam Driver as an ageing professor along with his wife Babette, played by Greta Gerwig, and their four children. According to sources, White Noise will be the opening film for the Venice Film Festival, premiering on August 31.

White Noise, an adaptation of Don DeLillo's 1985 novel of the same name, follows the story of a Hitler Studies professor, Jack Gladney, and his family dealing with disasters. The film also stars Don Cheadle, Raffey Cassidy, Sam Nivola, May Nivola, and Lars Edinger.
