Robert Pattinson-starrer The Batman’s runtime out

The Batman's runtime confirmed by a unit member makes it one of the longest superhero tentpole film

The runtime of Matt Reeves directorial The Batman has been confirmed. A source close to the film unit was quoted by Variety in a report which confirms that the runtime of the film stands at 2 hours and 47 minutes without the end credits.

At 167 minutes, the Robert Pattinson-starrer is now one of the longest superhero tentpoles. The list includes MCU’s Avengers: Endgame at 181 minutes and DC’s Zack Snyder's Justice League at 242 minutes.

This is the first movie to star Pattinson as the titular night crusader after the likes of Michael Keaton, Christian Bale, Ben Affleck among others.

In this film, Pattinson stars opposite Zoe Kravitz, who portrays the role of Selina Kyle aka Catwoman. The others to star in the film include Paul Dano as Edward Nashton aka Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gil Colson, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth and Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot aka Penguin.
