CE Features

The upcoming Disney+ original series, Obi-Wan Kenobi, has wrapped up production, Ewan McGregor confirmed. The actor, who won an Emmy for his performance in Halston, shared the news while interacting with the press backstage.

McGregor said, "We finished shooting our series, and it was really, really good fun. I really enjoyed working with Deborah Chow (director & executive producer), and I think it will not disappoint. The new technology that we employed doing it is cool, and it was a different experience than making the original three films that I did."

The series features a large star cast, including Hayden Christensen, Joel Edgerton, Maya Erskine, Rupert Friend, Moses Ingram, O’Shea Jackson Jr, Kumail Nanjiani, Bonnie Piesse, and Indira Varma.

In addition to headlining the series, McGregor has also served as an executive producer. Further details related to the limited series are currently under tight wraps.
