James Gunn starts working on Guardians of the Galaxy 3

CE Features

Director James Gunn has started storyboarding for his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the third instalment of the Guardians of the Galaxy series.

Replying to a fan asking him about the status of the Blu-Ray version of his latest outing The Suicide Squad, the director said on Twitter, "If I paid attention to my emails I'd have this answer for you, but I'm too busy editing Peacemaker & storyboarding Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 to read them. But I do know it's happening, and it won't be that long, and there are lots of cool extras and deleted scenes and commentary."

While an official start date hasn't been announced yet, both Chris Pratt and Gunn have stated that the film will go on floors from November this year.
