Chunky Panday: The moment a debutant signs a film, they become an insider

"The moment you sign your first film,you become an insider. You just cannot compare the journeys of two people. It's all about hard work and perseverance here. Bollywood has welcomed and celebrated people from all walks of life. I am confident that everyone in the industry would feel it's their family," says Chunky.
