Kiran Abbavaram responds to his trolls

Kiran Abbavaram, whose film Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha is currently having a decent run in the theatres, addressed the trolling he is subjected to on social media, particularly Twitter.

Speaking at a press conference organised post the release of Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, Kiran is heard saying, "When I got mocked online after my last two films, I did not particularly care, considering they weren't the best of films. But for this film (Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha), I received a lot of support from the media as well as the general audience. But for reasons beyond my understanding, I see a bunch of people trolling me unnecessarily. I see hordes of them whenever I open Twitter. There is this one troll from Pune who keeps telling me my films are bad. Why is someone from Pune of all places trolling me?"

Speaking further on how the trolling he receives is affecting his film, Kiran continues, "I have worked very hard for Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, I did my best to ensure that this film won't be trolled in any way, my film itself talks about goodness. Irrespective of the quality of my film, nameless, faceless individuals still troll me viciously."

Urging people to be better, Kiran says, "Let us not support and amplify negativity. I am a new hero, I made it in this industry without any family background. Acknowledge that at least. Please, let us all be nice to each other.”
