Urvashi Rautela roped in for a special number in Chiranjeevi's Waltair Veerayya

Sources close to team of Chiranjeevi-starrer Waltair Veerayya share that the mass entertainer will have a special dance number featuring Bollywood actor Urvashi Rautela.

The makers are yet to make an official announcement regarding the development, but sources add that the team has built a huge set to shoot the song, with Sekhar choreographing the dance moves. The song marks Urvashi's first in Telugu.

It was also recently reported that the team had filmed a special number featuring Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja, who is playing a prominent role in the film.

Directed by Bobby Kolli, the film stars Shruti Haasan and Catherine Tresa as the female leads. The film has music by Devi Sri Prasad while Arthur A Wilson is serving as the director of photography. Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy wrote the screenplay of the film, which is being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.

The film is set to hit the screens on Sankranti, 2023.
