Jr NTR's next titled Peddi?

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the sports drama showcases the actor as a Kabaddi player, say reports

Jr NTR has been roped in to headline a pan-Indian sports drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana. Set in a rural backdrop, the film will see NTR as a Kabaddi player and the actor is set to undergo gruelling practice sessions for it.

According to reports, the film has been titled Peddi and the makers are considering a galactic cast and crew for this film, including Janhvi Kapoor for the female lead's role.

Mythri Movie Makers, who earlier produced Janatha Garage with NTR, are bankrolling this film that is expected to go on floors this summer.

Last seen in Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, NTR will next be seen in Koratala Siva's untitled film.

Produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni, the film will be launched on February 7. He also has a film each with Prashant Neel and Atlee in the pipeline.

Meanwhile, NTR's much-awaited period drama, RRR is slated for release on March 25. The Rajamouli directorial also features Ram Charan as the other lead.
