Liger makers release Deepavali special poster featuring Mike Tyson

The makers of Vijay Deverakonda starrer Liger have shared a Deepavali special poster featuring Mike Tyson.

Along with the makers, Tyson has shared the poster on his official Instagram handle.

The former world heavyweight boxing champion is making his first appearance in Indian cinema by playing a cameo role in Liger.

As per reports, he will make an appearance during the pre-climax of the film.

Directed by Puri Jagannadh, Liger features Vijay Deverakonda as a mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, and the actor trained extensively in cage fights and other full-contact combat sports in Thailand for the film.

Liger also stars Ananya Panday, Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, and Makrand Deshpande in prominent roles.

Presented by Karan Johar, Liger will release simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.

The release date of the film is yet to be finalized.
