Samantha will feature in a special song for the upcoming Allu Arjun starrer titled Pushpa: The Rise. The lyrical video of the song was released on December 11, Saturday and very soon it impressed fans. Titled Oo Antava...Oo Oo Antava... the song was sung by Indravathi Chauhan.

The lyrics for the Telugu song were penned by Chandrabose and it was composed by the film's music director Devi Sri Prasad. Fans left lots of comments on the video to appreciate the song and Samantha. Many also believed that this would become one of the biggest hits of the year. 


Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa: The Rise is about the business that thrives in the Seshachalam forest -- smuggling of red sander trees. The villain in the film is Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, portrayed by actor Fahadh Faasil. The project is jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Muttamsetty Media, and is slated to be released on December 17.

Pushpa: The Rise is the first part of a multi-part film and it stars Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. The other actors who play pivotal roles include Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Sunil Verma, Harish Uthaman, Vennela Kishore, Anasuya Bharadwaj.
