Varun Tej's Ghani locks a Diwali release date

Varun Tej-starrer Ghani will be arriving in cinemas this Diwali, the makers announced. Varun took to Twitter to announce the release date. While sharing a new poster of the film, Varun wrote, "Let’s light up the theatres this Diwali with Ghani."

Directed by Kiran Korrapati, Ghani marks the debut of Dabangg 3-actor Saiee Manjrekar in Tollywood. The film also stars Upendra, Suniel Shetty, and Naveen Chandra in supporting roles. It was also recently reported that Tamannaah will be appearing in a social song.

Moreover, Hollywood action choreographers Larnell Stovall and Vlad Rimburg have composed the fight sequences of the film. The music of Ghani is by SS Thaman and the makers had initially planned to release the film on July 30.

The film has been produced by Renaissance Pictures.
