The Master combo is back; Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj's Thalapathy 67 launched 

The much-anticipated update about the Vijay-Lokesh Kanagaraj film, tentatively titled Thalapathy 67, is finally here. The makers of the film, Seven Screen Studios, have officially confirmed the technical crew of the upcoming action-entertainer. The makers also revealed that the shooting for the film, which is currently underway, had commenced on January 2. 

SS Lalit Kumar is producing the film under his banner Seven Screen Studios along with Jagadish Palanisamy.

The Master combo of Vijay-Lokesh Kanagaraj-Anirudh is reuniting for Thalapathy 67. Manoj Paramahamsa, who recently worked on Vijay’s Beast, will be handling the cinematography. Anbariv will be handling the stunt choreography while Philomin Raj will be taking care of the editing. The art department will be handled by N Sathees Kumar while Dinesh has been roped in to choreograph the dance moves. 

The dialogues for Thalapathy 67 will be penned by the director himself along with his frequent collaborator Rathna Kumar, and Deeraj Vaidy, who is best known for directing the 2016 film Jil Jung Juk.

With actor-filmmakers Gautham Vasudev Menon and Mysskin already confirming their presence in Thalapathy 67, and names like Trisha being speculated to be part of the big-ticket project, the official announcement about the rest of the cast is expected to be out soon.
