Video song of Vaa Thalaivaa from Varisu is out

The video song of Vaa Thalaivaa from Varisu was released by the makers on social media on Wednesday. The song, featuring the film leads Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna, is sung by Shankar Mahadevan, Karthik, Thaman S, Deepak Blue, and Arvindh Srinivasan. Vaa Thalaivaa, Vijay's introduction song features the actor as a free-spirited traveller. 

Varisu is directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The film follows a joint family of three sons, with Vijay featuring the youngest of them. The film focuses on how the estranged youngest son takes over the family business and mends broken family relationships. Besides Vijay and Rashmika, the film also stars Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Shaam, Sangeetha, and Yogi Babu, among others. Varisu opened to mixed reviews but was a commercial success.

Meanwhile, Vijay is currently shooting for Leo under Lokesh Kanagaraj’s directorial. The film also stars Trisha, Gautham Menon, and Sanjay Dutt, among others.
