Speculations are rife that Vetri Maaran and Jr NTR will be collaborating soon on a project. The director reportedly narrated three stories to the actor, out of which the latter has picked one. The film is said to be made in two parts, with the first part starring Jr NTR in the lead, and the second starring Dhanush. However, we still await official confirmation from the director.
Similar reports came out the last year. Back then, speculations were that Vetri Maaran wanted to work with the actor after seeing his performance in RRR. Now that the director has narrated the script to Jr NTR, the speculations have come up again.
Meanwhile, Vetri Maaran is currently filming for Vaadivaasal starring Suriya in the lead, and Viduthalai starring Soori, Vijay Sethupathi and Gautham Vasudev Menon. Jr NTR, meanwhile, has signed a film each with directors Kortala Siva and Prashanth Neel.
