Nayanthara, Madhavan and Siddharth to team up?

Speculations are rife that Nayanthara, Madhavan, and Siddharth will be teaming up for producer Sashikanth's directorial debut. His banner Y Not Studios will be backing the film, which is expected to begin in January 2023. There are reports about it being a cricket-based film, but an official confirmation is still awaited.

Though Nayanthara, Madhavan, and Siddharth have not worked together before, the latter two have shared screen in Mani Ratnam's Aayitha Ezhuthu.

Meanwhile, Nayanthara, who recently turned a parent, has Connect gearing up for release. She also has Iraivan and debutant Nilesh Krishnaa's film lined up in Tamil. In Malayalam, her next release will be the Alphonse Puthren directorial Gold. She is also making her Hindi debut with Jawan, opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
