Gautham Menon not directing Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan wedding video, reports

If there is one entertainment news that everyone is talking about on social media and otherwise, it is surely the wedding of actor Nayanthara with filmmaker Vignesh Shivan. Keeping in trend with the fascination for the number '9', the wedding happened on June  9 with some of the biggest stars of Indian cinema in attendance. 

In the run-up to the wedding, speculations were rife that Gautham Menon was attached to direct the wedding video for a streaming giant. However, in a report in the Times of India, it was clarified that Gautham was indeed directing a special video, but it wasn't for the wedding, but a chronicle of Nayanthara's life journey. It was also reported that the filming of this documentary will happen only after the wedding. 

The star-studded event, which is currently taking place in a private resort in Chennai, saw the likes of Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Mani Ratnam, Vijay, Karthi and Vijay Sethupathi in attendance.
