Chiyaan Vikram joins Twitter

Chiyaan Vikram, who is known to remain active only on Instagram, has finally joined Twitter. The actor announced his arrival with a minute-long video. In his introductory video, the actor revealed that his current look is for his upcoming project with director Pa Ranjith. The actor is known to post fun, quirky videos on his Instagram handle. 

Vikram, who was last seen in Karthik Subburaj’s Mahaan along with his son Dhruv Vikram, is now gearing up to release Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan. He will also be seen in Cobra, directed by Demonte Colony fame Ajay Gnanamuthu, which is scheduled to release on 31 August.

Vikram’s upcoming film with Pa Ranjith is reported to be a period action drama, to be shot in 3d. The project, tentatively titled Chiyaan61 is produced by Gnanavel Raja under his banner Studio Green. Ponniyin Selvan, which has Vikram playing the role of legendary Cholan king Aditya Karikalan, is scheduled for release on 30 September.
