The teaser of Trigger, the upcoming film starring Atharvaa Murali, was released by the makers on social media.

The film is set to release in theatres in September.

Trigger teaser focuses on a kidnap of 20 children and how the police try to track down the crime. The teaser shows glimpses of the film’s fast-paced action sequences and how Atharvaa comes into play.

The action thriller is directed by filmmaker Sam Anton, who has previously collaborated with the actor for the 2019 thriller 100. The film is based on a father-son relationship. Veteran actor Arun Pandian is playing the father character. Apart from them, the film also features Tanya, Krishna Kumar, Vinodhini Vaidyanathan  Munishkanth, Aranthangi Nisha, Chinni Jayanth, and Anbudasan among others in pivotal roles.

Produced by Prateek Chakravorty and Shruti Nallappa of Pramod Films, the film will have Krishnan Vasant handling the cinematography and Ruben in charge of editing. Ghibran is composing the music.
