Outlander renewed for Season 7

The historical drama series Outlander has been renewed for Season 7 at Starz. The show's sixth season is currently in production. Filming for Season 6 was supposed to begin last year but was delayed due to the pandemic. 

Season 7 of Outlander will be based on the seventh book in Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series, An Echo in the Bone and it will consist of 12 episodes.

Starring Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan, Outlander premiered in 2014 and has had a successful run for six years so far.
