State of Siege: Temple Attack actor Abhilash Chaudhary heaps praise on Akshaye Khanna

Actor Abhilash Chaudhary who was previously seen in Ram Gopal Verma's D Company and films like Paltan, Zoya Factor, Dabangg 3, and  Commando 3 will now be seen in ZEE5's State of Siege: Temple Attack. He is playing a negative lead in the action drama. The film stars Akshaye Khanna as an NSG commando.

"It was amazing working with Akshaye sir," Abhilash says. "He is such a talented actor of all time. He is a very natural actor."

Talking about his role, Abhilash continues, "It was challenging because when you play a terrorist who killed or is trying to kill innocent people, there is already a challenge before you to portray it in such a way that it should create an impact on audiences. The character's name is Iqbal who is very dear and the main hand to Abhimanyu, who is playing the prime negative lead and the mastermind of all plans. Iqbal looks silent and attentive in looks but he is very clear about what to do while leading his team with a clear mindset. I have 3 different looks in the film. "

State of Siege: Temple Attack is based on the 2002 Akshardham attack in Gujarat, in which over 30 people lost their lives and more than 80 were injured. It was the National Security Guard (NSG) that countered the terrorists and brought everything under control. The film will stream from July 9 on ZEE5.
