Jr NTR's Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu to begin shoot soon

It's time for Jr NTR to return to the small screen. The actor, who recently wrapped up shooting for his upcoming period action entertainer, RRR, will start shooting for the first season of Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu (EMK). A television quiz show structured on the lines of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), the show will see NTR as a host for its first season.

The principal shooting will commence in a specially erected set at Annapurna Studios on July 7. NTR, who recently recovered from COVID-19, has already completed the look test and is doing rehearsals for the actual shoot.

Buzz is that the first season of EMK will have over 60 episodes, with the first episode expected to be aired in August. The show was announced in April but was later postponed due to the resurgence of COVID-19. NTR made his television debut with season one of Bigg Boss Telugu. On the career front, he will next be seen in a pan-India film directed by Koratala Siva.
