Virendra Saxena to star in sci-fi web series on time travel titled Time Series 

Writer-director Badrinath Sabat has announced a new sci-fi web series, titled Time Series. Presented by Dustbin Ideas, the series will be an amalgamation of five stories based on time travel. Veteran actor Virendra Saxena will be playing a pivotal role in the show. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.

“Sci-fi as a genre has always been close to my heart,” says Badrinath. “While doing my Masters in English Literature, I read a lot of ancient and medieval literature. I also read The Time Machine, a novel by HG Wells that fascinated me.”

Talking about the upcoming project, he adds, “Time Series is futuristic cinema which is rare in India. It has five different stories that are based on the concept of time. I am trying to show science in a very unique manner. The stories even talk about the concept of paradox and black holes. Along with time, it is also based on special relativity theory.”
