Sudeep gets Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Award for Dabangg 3

The actor will be receiving the award on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Dadasaheb Phalke

Sudeep, who returned to Bollywood after almost a decade with Dabangg 3, has been honoured with the 'most promising actor' in the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival 2020.

The actor will be receiving the award on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Dadasaheb Phalke. The function will be held on February 20 in Mumbai. Sudeep will receive his award from the Governor of Maharashtra. 

Dabangg 3, directed by Prabhudheva, featured Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey and Sudeep as the antagonist, Bali Singh. The Hindi film also had a multilingual release in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
