Dhananjay's upcoming film features the actor in the role of Bengaluru's first underworld, MP Jayaraj, and the initial attraction to Shoonya's directorial debut is the title, Head Bush.

The film's poster released by Puneeth Rajkumar on Saturday has the title inspired by the game of snakes and ladders. The bloodied fonts in the poster are accentuated by the presence of machetes, guns, and have the typical retro underworld elements like bullets and Ambassador cars.

Another highlight of the poster are the two sides of an old dated coin representing the year 1933 (Naya paisa), which certainly raises curiosity. Head Bush, which goes with a tagline "the rise and rise of Bengaluru underworld" will be out as Volume 1.

The mass commercial entertainer, with story, screenplay and dialogues written by Agni Sridhar, is produced by Ashu Bedra, who are giving this Kannada film, a pan Indian appeal by having it dubbed and released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. The makers are looking to release the film in English as well.

Head Bush has Charan Raj as the composer, Karn Chawla as the cinematographer and art work by Ulla Hydoor.
