Shivarajkumar to resume Bhajarangi 2 shoot from August 10 

The Kannada film fraternity is returning to the sets with strict guidelines in place, and Shivarajkumar is gearing up to participate in the shoot of his upcoming film, Bhajarangi 2. Director Harsha plans to film the remaining portions from August 10.

The shooting of Bhajarangi 2 will begin at Mohan B Kere studio, where the team is building a huge set. The makers are left with the last leg of shooting and have planned a 12-day schedule. They will shoot for four days at this studio. Harsha says, “Shivanna is all charged to get back to the sets, and he is our energy booster. The production house, Jayanna Films, is taking all the precautionary measures and we will follow the guidelines set by the government.”

A lot of hype has surrounded Bharajangi 2 since the film went on floors, and the recent teaser, which was released on Shivarajkumar’s birthday, got tremendous response from viewers. The action-drama has an ensemble cast, that includes Bhavana in the female lead role, along with Shruti, Loki, Cheluvaraj, and a few reputed theatre artistes featuring in prominent roles. While Arjun Janya is composing the music, the cinematography is by J Swamy.

Other Kannada films that have begun filming include Sudeep’s Phantom, which has been on the floors for the last 15 days in Telangana. On the other hand, Yash-starrer KGF Chapter 2, directed by Prashanth Neel, will resume shooting mid-August.
