#Viswasam named the number 1 hashtag trend on Twitter for the first half of 2019 

The success of Nerkonda Paarvai has given tremendous amount of joy to the fans of Ajith. But there's something else that the fans can feel proud of.

According to reports released by Twitter India, #Viswasam has been labelled as the most used hashtag on Twitter in India for the first half of 2019. The film, which released in January, featured Ajith and Nayanthara starring in the lead roles.

Mahesh Babu's drama-thriller Maharshi also topped the list  with #Maharshi grabbing the fourth spot. The film, directed by Vamshi Paidipally, featured Pooja Hedge in the lead role. 

Other popular hashtag trends that took center stages were the #LokSabhaElections2019, #CWC19 and #NewProfilePic
