Vijay Sethupathi wins Best Actor award for Super Deluxe at Indian Film Festival of Melbourne

Sriram Raghavan and Tabu won the Best Director and Best Actress award, respectively, for Andhadhun

Vijay Sethupathi has been bestowed the Best Actor honour at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne for his role as Shilpa in Thiagarajan Kumararaja's Super Deluxe. 

The film was also nominated for the Best Director and the Best Film categories at the Festival. While Ranveer Singh-starrer Gully Boy won the Best Film award, Sriram Raghavan took home the Best Director award for Andhadhun. The Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer also won Tabu the Best Actress award at the festival.

Shah Rukh Khan, who is the guest of honour at the festival, was presented with the Excellence in Cinema award. 

National Award-winner Rima Das' Bulbul Can Sing was awarded in the Best Indie Film category.
